Victoria, as friendly as she is, she's a terrible server. Over 10 minutes for water?
Had to ask host if we still had a server.By the time she got back we ordered our whole meal including apps. We were there close to 2 hours. 45 mins of waiting for 1 thing or another. Server was so slow, even to get to go containers she had to make 4 trips to finally get us set up, then it took 15 mins to get check corrected with coupon, I told her of coupon when we ordered shouldn't that have been done during our dinner?
Not at the end? It held us up an extra 15 mins. Manager refilled our drinks & provided more bread. Worse server I've ever experienced at this location.
Food was phenomenal as usual, thank you Chef!!! If it weren't for the fact my son wanted steak & your BOGO
I would have walked.
I don't think she needs more than 2 tables at a time.

In your prior email on July 28 indicating the purchase was reversed. Who authorized the reverse of the purchase?
Where did the reverse charge go?
There is something fishing going on.
I certainly did not receive the credit in my visa card.
Major purchase was on April 01 2023 at 3:11 pm, check 6395. Find out who was on the cashier desk on that day/hour.
I'm attaching the purchase evidence and all the image of the gift cards again since your response email omitted my attachment.

Don't Buy A Gift Card From Black Angus
I purchased a $100 gift card as a Christmas gift for a friend who was planning on dining at Black Angus on Christmas Eve, She was going with a small group from her family and was less than enthusiastic about this dinner because she lives on a fixed income and would have to pay her share of the dinner, which was something that wasn't in her budget. I knew that $100 gift card would more than pay her part of the bill and would be a pleasant surprise.
I ordered the gift card to be delivered to her by email, and I received a confirmation that it had been sent, however she never received it. I reached out to Black Angus customer support to ask if they could reverse this transaction, or if I should pursue the matter with my credit card company.
Their customer service agent politely told me via chat, that their gift cards were non-refundable and they couldn't help me in this matter, so I've opened a dispute with my credit card company and am waiting to see how this matter is resolved. I won't be purchasing any more gift cards from, or for that matter, dining at Black Angus.

Bad management
I am a regular to black angus, I moved to Apache junction.ntherefore I moved my location of black angus. Upon my wife and I visit. It was VERY HOT (in there the resturant) I complained to waiter he gave me an attitude saying hes hot too. Me being sick man who recently had spinal cord surgery and hip replacement surgery and I have STAGE 4 CANCER. CANT BE IN THE HEAT, I tried explain them including the manager after I went to the bathroom I find out half of resturant is COLD bathroom freeze cold ahhhh my back was dripping my whole body head to *** dripping. I go see manager to complain why didnt they offer me move to that area he copped an attitude. RESULTS?? I did not eat my steak ( seriously swear to god and my mothers grave)
Salad wasnt house salad they gave me spring which I had cancer in my mouth nose throat area I cannot eat anything stringy alike spinach. Spring leafs lettuce, things in that nature it will get stuck in my throat ibe gasping for it to get it removedIve lost respect for this business. Especially the manager and waiter I paid lots of money for m6 food. Which I didnt eat. I am on very low disability income and black angus dont give a crap for people like me pretty much on an average I spend give or take $100 per visit includes my wife..not nice. I should be given an voucher to be able to return and eat my meal with a smiley face not dripping frustrated face as well as an anger face due to manager n waiters respond.

My husband went on a "date night * in December 2020. We were going to use our restaurant card to help the economy here in Honolulu, got there and read a sign on the door saying they are not accepting the card, but we chose to stay and support the restaurant that we've been going to for years.
We ordered the special of lobster, steak and shrimp...when I got my dinner the steak didn't look good it looked puffy, I sliced a small piece . I took a bite and OMG...I spit it out into my napkin...it was not spoiled but ROTTEN.
I smashed that steak with my fork ,it was stink watery and just awful. I called the waiter showed it to him and asked him if he would eat, of course he said no...the manager came over to apologize .
