I ordered delivery service last night through Postmates.

I didn't get half my meal which was the twin lobster tails and loaded potato soup.

I called restaurant to see maybe I can come pick it up but was told to call Postmates.

Well Postmates credits me just 10 dollars when surely that is not going to fix the problem.

Manager at Black Angus response was "maybe he got hungry on the way" I mean is he sure his employees didn't forget to include the lobster. Even so I don't think he should blame anyone at this point without even checking, so I spent 50 sum dollars on one meal alone and all I get is the prime rib which wasn't even prepared right, which I have some pictures of my incomplete order.

I am not a wealthy person and last night was the first time to ever have a meal as expensive as it was in a very long time. I use delivery alot mainly on Uber but Postmates had Black Angus on their website so I did. I don't have a car I have a disabled adult son and to have this happen with no one to help you is just so upsetting. My daughter would have been happy to drive down there who is an hour away from me to pick up the missing items but no luck there since I have to call Postmates and ask them what happen to my order

I am so disappointed with the manager at Black Angus saying the driver got hungry and ate it, he didn't even put me on hold to go and find out if their was a mistake or miscommunication with staff

Please email me back that you at least read this or something it's so frustrating. I'm including some pics of my order and also a picture that I had to cook my prime rib cause it was raw. Thank you
